Byron McCurdy - CEO
• An active operations leader, overseeing all client relations and quality control aspects of Aspen, Byron has a distinguished background as a business owner, professional business consultant, accountant, mediator, and a founding leader in the PEO industry. With Byron's 30 years of experience from accounting to ownership in the PEO and medical industries, he has been instrumental in passing of both federal and state legislation. Byron served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as well as the President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He also served on the boards of publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Having lobbied key members of Congress, Byron has met with leaders of the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Treasury, Health and Human Services, has testified in state legislatures and has been inside the Oval Office. Byron is a recognized pioneer and leader in the PEO industry.

Cheri A. Hysell, Controller
• Prior to joining Aspen Resource Partners, Cheri was a Project Accounting Manager at Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Company. She has twelve years of experience in accounting, including manufacturing and technology accounting. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an Accounting Major from California State Polytechnic in Pomona, California. She has seven years of experience with audit and tax firms and three years experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked with multiple accounting systems and is specifically trained on our Darwin system.

Wendy McCurdy, Director of Risk and Safety
• Prior to joining Aspen Resource Partners, Wendy was an Orthodontic Appliance Bander and General Dental Assistant. During that time she received twenty-years of OSHA safety training. She has completed multiple US Department of Labor Safety and Health training courses and taught classes to many of the Aspen Resource clients.

Darleen Schroeder, Assistant to the Controller
• Prior to joining Aspen Resource Partners, Darleen was in IT Support and Technical Writing and Engineering support and design layout of component systems. She has worked for Digital Equipment Corporation and Hamilton Standard CAE before joining Front Range Solutions. She is also experienced in payroll, accounting, and has extensive computer skills and training in Excel, Crystal Reports, SQL, other programs as well as PC Troubleshooting.

Debby Schneider, Certified Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist
• Prior to joining Aspen Resource Partners, Debby was employed as Assistant to the Appraiser at Adams County National Bank in Gettysburg, PA.  Debby also serves as secretary on the Board of Directors for her Home Owners Association and is active in many functions in her community. She has experience in payroll and various office duties.

Mesha Taylor, Executive Assistant & Administrator of Technology
• Mesha holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Prior to joining Aspen, she worked in banking operations at Arvest Bank Operations, Inc. in Norman, Oklahoma, and as a Human Resources and Benefits Administrator at HPE, Inc. in Colorado Springs.

Danielle Lack, Director of Human Resources
Prior to joining Aspen Resource Partners, Danielle was the Director of Human Resources for Maharishi Ayurveda Products International, Inc. She has ten years of experience in the Human Resources environment and has earned her Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Colorado Springs, CO. Danielle has worked for a variety of organizations, giving her a diverse background in all areas of Human Resource Management.
